Q-Tech — Internal ERP & Office Operations

Project Overview

Q-Tech is the main internal web application used by PT. Qinar Raya Mandiri to support daily office and business operations. It provides a shared workspace for sales, project administration, procurement, finance, employee services, document archives, and IT support.

The application follows a PHP and CodeIgniter MVC architecture with a MySQL-compatible database. Departmental screens use server-rendered pages, searchable tables, forms, attachments, and status-based work queues.

My Role & Contributions

Role: Fullstack Developer — Enhancement & Maintenance.

I joined after the initial development and took primary responsibility for ongoing development and maintenance during my time at PT. Qinar Raya Mandiri. My work included adding features, updating existing functionality, investigating issues, and fixing bugs to support daily office operations.

Key Features

• Sales quotation preparation and administrative document numbering.
• Project records and requests for materials, equipment, and personnel.
• Purchase order administration and material stock visibility.
• Billing and receivables views covering outstanding and settled records.
• Employee records, attendance reporting, and leave request validation.
• Contract archives with supporting files and lifecycle information.
• IT support tickets with issue categories, attachments, resolution notes, and notification calls.
• Excel exports for selected administrative reports.

Representative Workflow

1. An employee signs in and opens the appropriate departmental module.
2. The employee creates a request or record, such as an IT issue, leave request, or contract archive.
3. The relevant team reviews the record and updates its status or supporting information.
4. For IT tickets, staff record a resolution and complete the ticket; notification calls inform the relevant parties.
5. Lists, filters, details, and exports provide visibility into pending and completed work.

Tech Stack

Backend: PHP, CodeIgniter 3, MySQL-compatible SQL.
Interface: Bootstrap, jQuery, DataTables, Select2, SweetAlert.
Reporting: PhpSpreadsheet.
Selected integrations: Telegram notifications.
